Selection Testing in a Interview Process. Basically I have a fake company and I have to determine if the organization should continue to use Selection Testing.

Sounds interesting. I did have to google it to see exactly what selective testing is, I think I only have had to do one test like that and it was for when I worked at a grocery store.

The topic is okay. I actually got to pick it so I have a little interest in the topic, but I'm so over researching and writing. So glad I have a year off to refresh myself.

Well that's good you got to pick a topic, couldn't stand being given a topic to research in any class.

Tornado warnings were everywhere. Baton Rouge didn't get hit bad. But the New Orleans area probably got the worst of it

Me and the family are fine. My dad said when he was on his way home from work, he couldn't do more than 50 mph cause he started to feel his car hydroplane

We didn't get any rain here after yesterday morning, but some ridiculous winds. Blowing 30-35 gusts up to 50. Sure was an adventure driving my billboard of a truck.

Off to work I go, everyone stay safe.

Tire Rack suggested the Comp 2 A/S. Might go that route

There are some peeps with 1LE cars that run them for winter tires and they all really like the tire. Probably a very solid choice for all around. If they had the sizes when I was buying tires I would've gotten them for sure

Yikes

I don't do well with nasty weather. I usually wait it out.
