Oh yes one car. Full paint correction took 12 hours of it. The other three were washing, sealing, waxing.

I certainly don't. At my last comp every judge took off points from me because my legs overpowered my chest. Makes me mad but oh well I just added in an extra chest day.

powerlifter and former bodybuilder here. generally just a gym rat. currently sitting just below 230lb 6"0 with about 8%bf. training right now for Canadian national benchpress and im 3 weeks out (220lb class), going for a national record. hit a paused 450lb this week. looking to go back and break my state record in august. done the worlds 2x etc...

I do just bench, but I train everything. I will get back on stage within the next couple years at about 225lb lean, be nice if it was more but I need to bust my ass for every lb I gain.

I love me some bench press. Good luck in the contest!! My best in contest was 465 lbs paused, feels awesome to finally get it in the contest!! Hope you get a video of it, we would love to see it!

A 2x bodyweight bench, raw is no joke! Congrats and good luck in 3 weeks! Post pics or vids!

well my right knee started to feel bad about an hour after the workout. it wasn't terrible by any means. in fact if I started doing something to take my mind off it, it wouldn't bother me. it stopped hurting about 30 min later. never happened before, so I don't know if I should wrap when I get over a certain weight?
