Yes....you are picking up who has been the #1 TE in FF and it's really not even close. In addition Daniels and Rudolph are about the same...but Texans O is much better than Minnesota and Schaub is better than Ponder.

You are giving up a #2 RB dropping a bench warming RB and dropping a TE that there are plenty in the same category.

You are picking up the #1 TE, a #1 WR, and a RB with a potential big upside. Like I said it's not even close.
