The irony is a zombie is loosely defined in today's world... 28 days later etc. show that they are no longer just reanimated but a virus that can alter ones mind and body in a destructive manner. So rabies and Mad cow are more likely, but with the new bacteria and the way that they can become resistant to drugs who knows what will happen...
