Who knows. How much is enough you know? The next place will be completely finished right away too. No more finishing the basement projects etc.

We only have 2300 square feet now and don't use 400 or so of it.

We have 2,000 SQ Ft and it's enough for the two of us. More rooms you have the more crap to clean.
