Ahhh I remember the good ole days of MLA, I had to do all of that in Turabain format while adding foot notes and end notes discussing the sources in the middle of the paper.

It's rarely about the paper.

It is more so an exercise in your ability to research and analyze information, arrange it coherently and draw a conclusion from abstract sources. Basically an example of your critical thinking skills.

You couldn't pass any of the written tests without critical thinking. Flying alone involves critical thinking.
