ah I did my legs today. worked up to 130 on my back squat. maybe I should start wrapping my knees...

You should wrap your knees when you feel you should regardless of the weight.

Nahhhh. Just a diligent worker, and a thirst for knowledge. I've been that way for a long time. Honestly sometimes I wish I wasn't like I am. I sit and think for hours sometimes about insane things. Things like quantum mechanics and theoretical physics. It's hard for me to be care free when everything has to have a basis in firm logical or scientific data.
