Migraines are totally related to diet. Screw what the doctors say and start eliminating food items 1 by 1. Wait 2 weeks before trying a new one to eliminate.

Mine start as tension, and I eat super clean. So I'm just screwed. My doctor thinks mine are due to swift changesi n my hormone levels, no fix.

i only get migraine's occasionally. the rest of the time it's sinus in the front of my head, and tension in back.
and sometimes both.

I just get plain headaches, but Excedrin was the only thing that helped them out. I didn't start getting migraines until last year. I had one so bad that I couldn't talk right (gave me a stutter), I was twitching uncontrollable, and dizzy!! All that happened at work. They thought I had a stroke!!! Nope, my first migraine.

I get professional massages once a month and Skip gives me a massage just about every day. Doesn't help too much. I have to take meds and get to sleep, even if its only for 30 minutes. Getting to sleep is the hard part though.

Ok, now were getting somewhere. Hormones are even more sensative to diet! You can "fix" your hormones. With diet and supliments. I've got a book for you. Stand by.
