I don't think it is a western tank, typically American/British/German/French tanks tend feature a more squared off turret (not always its a decent rule of thumb). It also looks fairly new, and the crew doesn't look Chinese. Russian maybe?

I was at the PGA all 4 days last year here in Chaska, MN. He is absolutely ridiculous good. Some shots he made took my breath away. (Only golfers understand how difiicult some of those shots are.)
