That's awesome. Congrats to you!

Yeah, it does kind of suck. I do take 2 tablets of Lactaid if I am going to have pizza or something with dairy in it, which isn't often. I use lactose free milk and cheeses.
Which wheels do you speak of? The Roush wheels or the Camaro wheels? I traded in the Camaro for the Roush.
I would love to sell the Roush wheels and buy some iForged wheels.

They for sure give you an "edge" but me personally I don't want to become dependent on them and never have. The truth of the matter is if you put in the work the results will come. I use them a couple of times a year generally before vacation and at the end of the year....
LOL. I think the statement is accurate depending on the type of supplementation we are talking about. If, as I am, we are talking bolt ons like whey protein, creatine, bcaa's vitamins etc. then they give a slight edge and there is no harm in using continuously, possibly with the exception of creatine, some research says you should cycle it as it can have an effect on liver and/or kidney functions. Now if we are talking supplementation of the forced induction type (anabolic) that's a different story and should definitely be used responsibly and of course, cycled.

The statement still holds true if you followed along. I didn't say all power lifters but there are some who are exceptionally fat. My original statement was that you can build muscle mass without supplementation and I used the early body builders and powerlifters as an example, before supplements were ever heard of. They relied on food and hard work. It still can be done and is by many.

I did follow along. I have no problems reading and comprehending.

You sure do like to argue especially in subjects that you have little clue about....

You would be hard pressed to find a national level powerlifter in the 220lb class or below that would be considered a "fat slob"...

Why don't you just stick with talking about food and protein shakes

Does doing Insanity at home count as "going to the gym" ??

Actually, this post reminds me I need to get back in it - just waiting for my newest tattoo to heal!

It's that time of the year....all of the grossly overweight people joining the gym. I have been going 3-5 times a week for 2 years now..lost 60 lbs...and doing it right with a mix of different exercises. Today was leg and calf with 5 miles on treadmill.

The highlight of the day was the guy in cowboy boots, athletic shorts and a worn out polo shirt that didn't cover his belly. He strutted up to the weights...picked up the 40's and used his entire body motion to do three curls....full out 100db grunting dropped the weights like a stud...and then looked around like he was Mr. Atlas.

I don't need google to know what I'm talking about....I live the life

Again you won't find a national level powerlifter in the 220lb class or under that would be considered a fat slob...but you keep googling.

I'll save you a little time....don't know the first two...they look like olympic lifters...3rd guy is Mike Miller....he is a SHW....
