No I couldn't afford living on my own and storage for two cars. I don't think I would be able to afford one car.

I walked 11.5 miles yesterday. I love this work competition it is so fun, but my body look like that of a teenage boy.

Okay. First off, I wouldn't do too much cardio. Maybe twice a week. The if you want to work out, I would do muscle building activities. And since you are lean and don't wnat to build too much muscle mass you want to keep your weights normal, not high weights, and high reps. But maybe one day a week do, high weight low reps. So if you have like fit tv you could do Total Body Sculpt by Gilad. Or you could find supersets on the internet. A good blog for you to find workouts would be the Lean Green Bean. She posts her workouts for the week on Friday and you could just do them.

As for eating, stick to lots of lean protein - chicken, ground turkey, beans, eggs, whey protein. And healthy fats like - avocado, nuts, and peanut butter.

That should help.
