A; No, I don't think. TEs have gone tht high before.

B; Al Davis has allways drafted to get the 'Trophy' guy. If you've won a Heisman trophy, Al would draft you. Sounds like the Jags are looking to sell tickets and not to win games.

The Raiders are still one of the highest Grossing teams in the NFL. Don't see much winning over there anymore. Al gets the 'interest' draw from the trophy guys.
