If you don't use supplements, you are leaving quite a bit of growth potential on the table.

You have to research the products before you take them and make sure you know what is actually in it. A lot of supplement companies add fillers and way too much sugar to their product to sell it better.

Love my supplements. I find hemo and vaso dilators essential.

Same here. I use BCCA's only.
I have been thinking about getting into some protein powder, possibly egg white protein powder.

If you supplement with Protein powder that is loaded with BCAA's as they are the precursors to the proteins you are ingesting. Egg protein tastes like shit and makes you wreak. Whey has the highest bioavailability on the scale.

Eat your eggs whole and use whey protein. When ever you get whey protein look for whey protein isolates as the first form, other forms are not as pure and are often used as they are cheaper. Also when ever you buy whey protein do not get any with other ingredients as mentioned above, the longer the ingredient list the less whey you're getting for your money and most of the fillers are under dosed or useless. BCAA's are naturally occurring in whey protein so are usually on the list.

I am actually in the middle of taking at least 2 weeks off from the weights. Been doing abs and cardio 2x a day.

Elbow is to the point where I feel I can push my triceps again and my hamstring is healed. But I have to get my shoulder better.

Hoping to be back a week from Monday to the weights....

Then it's on bitches
