I went with the Sean Rash shoulder pull. The left arm goes straight out, then as you come down, the arm rotates back, taking the waist with it. Ever since I started doing that, my timing and game picked up drastically.

Love his release too. My hands aren't big enough to cup to the outside of the ball.

It's the shoulder whip that got me. I need to turn sooner like Barnes or Tommy Jones.

Well to night went a lot better than I thought it would seeing I hadn't bowled in 3 weeks. We were on lanes 1&2 now fresh oil. We have a league that bowls ahead of us so no chance to get fresh oil. The shot didn't change all night 4 where I was shooting. Shooting right handed 10th board inside in & out high shot. 217-226-224=667.

Finally had a great all around day. Shot 216, 231, 202, 200. We won 8 of 10 points, I won 35 bucks in blind doubles and won all 10 for league within the league to jump up to first.

I've been reading the lanes well the last two weeks, but haven't been executing shots consistently. 207-181-210 tonight with 10th frame opens in games 1 and 2, and two pulled shots for splits in game 3. I can't seem to get on a roll, but I'm at least not totally stinkin' up the joint... The team has held on to 2nd place and actually gained one on first despite splitting the night 2-2.

551. Its amazing how one week you think you got shit figured out and pump out a mid 700, then the next week you look like you've never bowled before. I dont think I once hit the pocket. I came in behind the head pin almost every shot. That'll kill the 'ole average!!

Yep for this league. It's 3 person teams so we bowl 4 games. I like this format a lot over 4 person and 3 games.

Our team broke up last year. Some of them stayed at the lanes & it turned out to be a 3 man team. I've never bowled on a 3 team seems like it would be fast bowling. I bowl on a 6 man team with #6 man being the sub man. 7 points 2 for each game 1 for total. The one weird thing about our schedule I don't like every 4th week we have a position round.

That's weird scoring. Never heard of that before.
Bowling is a little quicker but I like it because I'm one that likes to be up and bowling. I do better that way. Sitting around and waiting kills any rhythm I might have.

Went this afternoon and shot 2 practice games both in the 180. 3 other bowlers came in regulars and asked me if I would like to join them. It is so much easier & relaxing when you don't hurry. Shot 3 games 217,196,199=612 I'll take that long as I can keep my average in the 200"s.
