I don't see what the hype is about. Probably won't be seeing this movie until it comes out on dvd (maybe). I can tell you this if i was a 16 year old boy this is definitely the movie to go see.

I took my kid to the movies this weekend all there was nothing but teenage girls everywhere crying about this movie. It was crazy. Word of advice to any teenage boy reading this. Stop and get to the movies so you can get your mac on.

Seemed like a rushed version of the book... movie could have easily been 3 hours long in my opinion.

I'm worried the last 2 movies will be even worse since those books are even longer.

Was good though..

While you know I agree with the overall sentiment of your post, I have to call 'foul' here, as you did not account for The Lost Boys, and the passage quoted above was surely a source of angst for them.
