Actually, Geno smith went 2 for 8 completed passes to his own teammates. he threw 3 picks before he got replaced by Vick.

also, this is just freaking hilarious! I love it when the jets suck!

at least he's a NY radio host. it drives me nuts when the ESPN commentators force us to hear about the Jets. the rest of country doesn't care. they just keep shoving certain teams down our throats no matter what.

yeah, if your team isn't in NY area, or you haven't consistently won, you won't hear much about your team in the media. I pointed out to Nicole that during the primetime halftime shows, they never show a dolphins highlight, unless it's a highlight of another team beating the dolphins. when they win, they either don't show any highlights, or will show a 5 second clip and move on.

it's the same way with the cardinals. all i heard this morning was 'why did the eagles lose?' instead of why the Cardinals won.
and let's throw the Cowboy's in there. we have to hear about them no matter how many 8-8 seasons they have.
most of these anaylsts only know what happened last season (which is why we've heard about the seahawks and 49ers all year even though neither is in 1st) and NFL teams can be changed a lot year to year.

I was of the opinion that Geno Smith would not survive the Sh**storm that is the New York media. A lot of Jets fans I pointed this out to weren't very happy with that opinion at the time. Wouldn't wish this on any rookie QB to be honest.

I know about the east coast bias, when the Chargers beat the Jets 31-0 all they talked about was how bad the two QB's looked, no credit to our defense. By the way I am going to Miami to watch my Chargers with about 16 friends.

Came here just to say congrats for handing the Chargers their worst loss ever. Going to be hard to come back from this one, however the Fins are looking good..
