Head to Riften in the SE corner of the map. Then find Ungrien in the Black Briar Meadery (sp?). Ask him about the Maven Black Briar. There should be a persuade choice. This choice will never go away and you can keep clicking on it over and over and raise your speech to 100 in about 25-30 minutes.

Loving this game more and more but it seems the higher level u get the longer it takes to level im a lvl 36 right now and every thing i do to lvl my one handed and destruction and sneaking and lockpicking takes forever to make my level up i need more perks lol. I think ive learned about 13 shouts so far and maxed out 5 or 6 of them and i have like 8 dragon souls to spend so i need more words to learn.

I'm hoping all of you are not just raising skills through using the skill, but using trainers EVERY level to gain 5 point in a skill. Costs money though....I think I didn't do that on the first 5 levels or so...but once I found some ways to grind making money (lumber, revisiting dungeons until I get EVERY item I can sell), I got enough that I've been able to afford training each time. I'm level 24 now...

Works best when you can get the trainer to be a follower. After you pay for the training, ask to trade gear with them and get your gold back!

ALso, for making gold try this : Goto the vendors at the blacksmith shops and buy the iron ore/ingots and the leather from them. Then hit up the general good vendor and buy all of the soul gems. Then make Iron Daggers with the iron/leather. This will level up smithing.

Then find an enchanting table and enchant the daggers (Absorb and Banish enchants are best). This levels up enchanting.

After that, sell the enchanted daggers for 2-5x the price of buying the materials. This makes you gold!

Good god, I must be plagued by dragons! I'm level 20 now (was sick this past week) and have already encountered 8 or 9 dragons. Seems like every time I DON'T fast travel, I get one. That's ok though, because it's fun and I get to unlock three new shouts hahaha. Wish I could find the other two words...

Right now I have a snow bear kicking my ass more than a dragon has. Jeeze.

I'm heading to Riften? (can't recall if that's the correct name) for the first time...and ran into a Giant and 2 mammoths. Sneak + Bow + obstacles won the fight...but when all 3 hit me at once, I almost died. Probably the toughest fight I've had so far.

My time with Skyrim has been good. Have 100 smithing, speech, sneak and illusion. Love my full Daedric armor it looks amazing also made 2 daedric daggers a bow, sheild and sword. Level 45 and still having fun!!

Giants are tough. I jusy turn into a warewolf and kill em.
