If it's too dark yes. It's too much of a risk for me. I'm not walking up on a car if I can't see the driver/passengers. I will yell at them to roll all the windows down.

I got stopped in my mom's Pontiac G5 two years ago. I was drivin home from a doctor's appointment and I got stopped by two state troopers for 35% window tintOur laws are strict 50% and 35% but I won my case because I have a medical exemption because my dad is illegally blind so his eye doctor wrote me a nice letter. My dad stopped driving 12 years ago so I have been hauling him around to do his errands for him:(

I don't want to have to remove it. When I move to Florida with my husband I will go darker.

luckily the cops around here don't bother us for the tint unless you're driving like an ahole.
