Home after a killer arm workout, did alternating biceps and triceps and now sitting eating my lunchbox with good ol' chicken and rice! 3rd box of the day with this crap... Can't wait until tomorrow when I finally will have some.... Chicken and rice :(

I will take a day off tomorrow to recover my body, can't remember when I had a complete day off to recover and my lower back, shoulders, legs... They're all screaming for a full rest. So I am aiming for sun tomorrow so that I can enjoy a good soundbook by the pool and some tanning

Looks good! What's your goal and what does your program look like?

Keep up the good work!

thanks, my goal honestly is to drop 20 lbs of fat and gain a tad bit of muscle. I think women look so much better with a slight showing of abs (not having a full on 6 pack or anything) than the skinny ribs showing ya know? I want my arms thinner, I don't want to bulk there. of course a nice ass and legs and I've heard squats can give me that lol.
I don't have a program. mostly because the gym I go to can be swarmed by high schoolers... and if I wanted to do leg day and do squats I may not be able to because the racks are full. so I listen to my body and do what I can..... until I can get back into a crossfit gym

OK! Well to loose your 20 lbs of "fat" there really is no secret to it. It can all be acheived in "the kitchen". Just create yourself a healthy diet that you can live with on a long-term, and see the results grow week by week. With the correct diet you will see awesome results after 12 weeks. Do not overdo it - Take it step by step, because the thing is to find a diet that you can stick with for a loooong time, like years to come, until your metabolism has changed again and you need to change it a bit...

To make life funnier, you can have your cheat days when you eat your pizzas, ice cream, whatever... I have my Saturdays, and if I feel like going bananas in the middle of the week, I will adjust my diet the following days or add some cardio to at least take the edge of it.

Once you have a balanced diet as a base, you can start looking at more thorough gym sessions and add some extra calories to your diet for muscle growth, having focus on protein and fat.

And yeah! Squats are good for your female body! I love them squat booties

You have your shirt on backwards

No, you look great! Just a word of advice don't pay attention to the scale, pay attention to the physiological changes in your body. Don't have some arbitrary number in your mind of what you need to lose just get to the point where you love your body!

yeah the better I feel the better my body is. just kinda had a number in mind. but yeah that shirt is my favorite and I just got it. the mirror makes things flip so it says "sweat dries, blood clots, bones heal... suck it up princess!'
its nice to read when I think oh I should stop and catch myself in the mirror at the gym. then I'm like nope one more rep!

and you guys are so sweet, no one really talks to me at the gym at all.
