My 16 year old nephews girlfriend actually tried to take her own life a few days back. She is going to be placed in a mental institute now.

My dad also decided to take his own life back in the end of June.

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

People just get to thinking that their loved ones are better off without them, and when that type of mentality consumes them, it never ends well.
They don't think about the emotional and mental pain is causes their loved ones forever.

I was the one who found my dad when I got off of work. I will never forget anything about that day, or that moment, down to the smallest details. I have days where finding him is basically stuck on repeat in my head.
I often wonder to myself, what I could have done to prevent it, why didn't I stay home from work that day, why did he do it knowing I would be the one to find him.
