Ugh I decided to come here to complain. So I started a new diet plan today. My friend Annie talked me into it and I figure it would support Jason in his weight lost. Just found out how extreme it is and it scares me.
Can only in take 1000 calories a day and have to work out twice a day. 30 minutes in morning and 30 at night. If I don't lose 20 pounds I will be shocked. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
