My boss is out until tomorrow, but I don't have him looking over my shoulder all day. Some days I only see him once andthat is for our morning meeting. I have to send out status reports at the end of the day to log my day. Say what I did and how much time spent on each task so I just have to make it look like I did work.

Well, our head honcho is out all week, but my super is here. She is really cool, but I still need to be careful about how often I get caught on here. You are lucky!! I wish I didn't have to see any managers but once a week.

My team gets to see more of my boss. They keep him busy. Actually my boss doesn't know what I actually do. I had to sit down and explain my job to him. He had no idea how much I did. Now he is trying to get my a raise.

FAIL!!

Well his team supports him, so he doesn't have to do the work. He could do my job he just doesn't have the time to sit down and learn how to. He is a very busy guy.

Well, that makes sense then. It's understandable to be that busy, but he should still know what's going on in his office and who does what, well, to an extent. WOAH!! That was a massive run-on sentence!
