Even if he (and the other kid who has a CTS, 300C, and 2SS) is telling the truth, there's no way he earned that much on his own. He must have been like a kid I went to school with who got 150 a week allowance plus whatever money he needed - he just had to ask for it, no questions asked really.

Uhhhh...... He'd have to have had more than 150 per week. If he had 250.00 per week starting at ten years old and never spent a dime of it he still would have been short.

Heh, yeah. The point I was talking about was more of the "and whatever money he wants when he asks for it, no questions asked."

There were numerous times when person Q (whom I went to high school with) would go up to his parents and just be like "hey, I need 500 bucks" and they'd just hand it over.



Personally I made 7 bucks a week allowance from my 8th birthday to my 16th birthday, when my mom said "go get a damn job if you want money."

Also.. Christine is fixed. 300 bucks for what turned out to be one hub causing damn near every ABS sensor on the truck to go apes**t and make the thing virtually undriveable (kick in ABS at every touch of the brake pedal making stops similar in my mind to driving Blur's Subie).

I lol'd. So did the repair shop. When they couldn't replicate it and looked at the hub, classic Adam Savage/Mechanic line popped up. "Well there's yer problem!"

Also have a buyer for her too. Younger bro wants to get out from under the Monte. I can understand.. it drives worse than a stoke ridden old dude driving a third gen in the snow. Kinda sad when it only has 109K miles on it.

I need to figure out how to go about it in a sane manner and also be able to afford something else in the end.

So bbl. Gotta pick the princess up from the clinic. -_-
