I doubt I will get one right now haha. I have heard good things about the vmax ported tb, and black ice-olator. Nothing about the plenum spacer. I also have a cold air intake. Thinking about getting ice-olator and ported tb. Then later on a tune and catch can.

probably a good reason for that. lol IMO, it doesn't do much of anything. good choice sticking to the TB and ice-olator.

The plenum spacer is tricky. I think some people reported some gains while others did not. I got it because I got an amazing deal on it. Unfortunately can't tell you if I felt a difference since I did it over the winter along with a ported intake manifold. Also not to mention going from a crappy 4cyl car in the winter to my camaro is a huge difference so can't even tell you for sure if there were gains from the ported im.

By any chance have you checked to see if anything has happened to the filling on the valley of your ported manifold?

Go for it. It is a ways away before I will be getting one.

So with the ice-olator you need to use gasket maker?

No I haven't yet but I prob should. I have noticed that my IM doesn't get as hot as others. At fest I was talking to Ruby and she has the same IM spacer as I do and her IM was really hot. Before I had mine powder coated it never got that hot. Maybe when I get off work today (after my nap of course lol) Ill take off my tb and check.

An intake manifold gasket?

I work at an auto parts store so I may be able to get it cheaper, and or buy gasket maker instead.

I will see what guys at my work say. I know as soon as I take my intake off and start inspecting, I am going to be upset haha. So I keep blowing it off.

This is what I did. I used the black RTV stuff, kinda messy but has held up perfect so far.
