Hmm, have you looked into taking the bus out there? Or the train? I've heard greyhound is ridiculously cheap these days--especially for a one-way trip.

LMAO... I would but thats not an option - my only credit card with a high enough balance to cover it (1100 dollars though) is a rediculous 29.9% interest.

I did. He wouldn't budge.

He's got another guy coming to look at it tomorrow. Hopefully that one bounces. I stood firm on 1400 and he wouldn't budge lower than 1600. Told him the offer stands and to call if he changes his mind.

That thing was nice, if my hunch is right, the performance suspension badge on the dash indicates WS6. It had 4 wheel disc brakes, and I pretty sure (85%) that the Formulas came with Drums without the WS6. It also rode extremely firm, so it could be.

Correct. Mine was a ws6 too. Had four wheel disc brakes and that "performance suspension" badge. Handled like a damn dream--better than my current fourth gen.
