PWA 3: Dark of the Lounge

Ok I'm gonna share -- this is my motivation. I look at this anytime I look into the mirror and feel bad b/c I haven't "changed" enough in a week or month or whatever...

I was cleaning out all my old clothes one day when I was swapping into some 'thinner clothes' - I tried on everything to see what to pack and what to put out -- and when I tried this shirt on I had to make this for myself b/c it was the first time it really hit me how much I've changed this year....

August of last year, and April of this year...

I am halfway through week 4 of the 6 week velocity diet........... Starting monday i can have one meal a day. If I drop another 10lbs I will be back to my normal weight, like dead center of my normal range.

I just keep track of every calorie I eat or burn - it's helped me pay better attention to what I eat (it did not work this weekend when I "forgot" and just enjoyed myself - my fatass wants to stay fat I swear )

I could not go with not eating. I'd pass out and die

Eh its just self control, its a diet and workout routine not too bad the supplements are expensive about 500 for the 6 week diet but you don't just lose weight you reshape your body completely. I hurt my shoulder then a week later hurt my back last year and pretty much went from working out every other day and watching my diet to no exercise and the don't give an F diet. I normally weigh from 165-175lbs shot up to 215 after being lazy and eating garbage. Though at the time I got weighed then I blame a good 10-15lbs of that on it being my 3rd Xmas at home in a decade and beer weight from binge drinking.

Calorie counting is about all the self control I can manage right now
Oh well, I work out every AM too but...I do enjoy that most of the time.
