Good question. I run in sport mode so I start in 1st but I know I've heard it shift up to 2nd a few times I think (auto). In any case I don't do it intentionally or notice at what RPM. I just spin them for a couple seconds. Just enough for a tiny bit of smoke, if anything. Not trying to roast my only set of tires too quickly, just warm them up a bit.

Judging by his video he posted the other day he is an auto.

yeah im a auto. just kinda wondered cause i see a lot of people doing it in 2nd at the track. i usually put it in first and leave it there in tapshift for 5 secs or so but i think next time ill start in 2nd gear and roast to like 4k rpm i guess. ive noticed for me when i really roast them, i get better 60ft times

SC vs Nitro?

What's the pros and cons of each, why choose SC if nitro is way less and you gain more HP? Why with SC you need suspension upgrade and nitro don't? Chimes in guys!!!

biggest reason to get SC is because you always have it. don't need to fill up a bottle. that can also be the downfall, when it comes to suspension/traction. you will spin at the line. with nitrous, you don't normally spray off the line. you start spraying at 3k rpm or so. so it's not as hard on your suspension parts because you are already rolling when it sprays. but then again, you have to refill a bottle for nitrous.
