Heh. With the tape method I measure out at 3% - with the caliper method its about 2%. I don't know how accurate either of those are because they don't take into account bone weight (which does vary).

I don't think I was EVER at 2 or 3% but in the late 90s I could have done amatuer bb contests.

I don't think I could do bodybuilding contests.

I just don't have the right muscle structure. None of my muscles are ideal shape and I have a very lean muscle type. I would never be able to get them large enough to compete on any level. Toned, yes. Large - not a chance.

lol, it seems that EVERYONE is trying to get in shape for the fest! Me on the other hand, I started working out to build muscle since before the fest was mentioned!!! I need to put on wieght, not lose it! I have always been 'in shape' but not very strong...
