Tomorrow I pick up my 2011 RJT 2SS/RS!

I won't be able to sleep cuz it'll be like Christmas morning!

I've been lurking around these forums for about 7 months so decided its about time to create a profile and say hello already. I bought my 2010 SIM 2SS/RS back in March (upgrade from a 2008 Mustang GT) and have really come to appreciate this car.

Of course after reading all the cool mods you folks do around here I joined the bandwagon and have become a mod addict When I get the chance over the weekend or something I'll build a list of what was done and throw some pics up. Anyway look forward to chattin a bit more around here instead of just reading

I've been lurking on this site for about 2 months. This site is amazing for information.

A little about myself, I'm an ex-automotive sector engineer. I've moved around a lot (hence my handle). I'm a Canuck living in the US on a temporary Visa. My last position in the automotive industry was at the Car Assembly Plant in Oshawa, Ont! I was in the Facilities department so my knowledge about the Camaro is limited but I will try to answer anything that I remember.

I bought my Camaro on 9/13/10 at Fairway Chevrolet in Las Vegas, NV from Fritz Vital. Great guy, look him up if you are looking in the area.

I will add some pics to my signature. Again, thanks for all of the great info and discussions.

Hi everyone, new member here from Lincoln Nebraska. Home of the CORNHUSKERS! GO BIG RED!.

I am a long time camaro and chevy owner. I have previously owned a 92 z28/g-92. I currently own a 2002 z28 (for sale) and a 2011 SS/rs.

I already posted these elsewhere but here are some pictures of my camaros. I will get some better pics of my 2011 once i wax it and the light is right.

Hello all!!

Unfortunately I do not have my 5th Gen Camaro yet but I am going to be purchasing within the next year! Looking to get an 2SS! This will be my first Camaro but not my first Chevy or GM product or my families (been GM forever). My dads has had 2 Camaros and my Uncle has had 3 (still currently has his 1969).

My first car was 1995 Chevy Monte Carlo Z34 then I switched to Pontiac and fell in love with the car and how they treated me from the beginning of buying my 2006 G6 GT Coupe. That's really my short car history but overall the past 5 years of owning my G6 have been amazing and Pontiac has treated me very well so I've become a huge Pontiac fan and started my own website for Pontiac enthusiasts and keeping Pontiac alive since it is now defunct (not sure the linking policy so Admin or mods let me know if its ok).

If Pontiac was still going, I probably wouldn't be buying a Camaro but a Trans Am, G8 or GTO. Depending on what is available but since I don't have that option I'm going to back to my first love a Chevy Camaro!

Anywho just thought I'd say hello and tell my story.

Hi, I joined a few weeks ago. I'm a regular over at camaroz28.com. I made the jump from 4th gen to 5th gen back in Sept. This site is definitely THE site for 5th gen info. Lots of great stuff here. The first thing I discovered was the PCM fuse reset. Very helpful. I don't do a lot of mods b/c my cars are daily drivers, don't have the time, wife won't let shell out the cash :( But I do plan on getting a K&N filter to start. I definitely need tint! Later on maybe do CAI. And, as the $$$/wifey allows, cat back exhaust.

I have a silver 2011 SS/RS M6. No stripes.

Hi all, this site is addicting. I have learned sooo much in the last 3 months. The first thing I did was a Roto-Fab CAI. Next will be a Borla CAT back. I was on the dyno last week and pulled 352 rwhp with a L99 A6. Just finished my ABL in the dash and did the red dye stitching.
