I have been a personal trainer for the past 15 years and compete in strong man and bodybuilding. If anyone needs some help feel free to ask. I have been able to do total body regimens with dietary/ supplementation for nominal fee's is anyone is interested. This photo was just last weekend at the OCB Battle of the naturals in Winthrop Mass. I took second in novice and in Open. My wife took first in Debut, novice and second in open. Our trophies are lining the bottom.

I assure you mine are larger lol sitting at 162 down from 195 in 10 weeks. Was deading 475 on 125grams of carbs a day 2 weeks out. I assume with your legs comment you look something comparable to me or would have the knowledge/genetics to obtain this physique

I haven't been in a gym in years strictly kettlebells, battling ropes, and TRx strap for me. Pull-ups, dips, and body weight squats for me.
