The only thing it does is stop semen from adding into the male "discharge". So it will still be white and such. The only difference is that you can go bareback with out the need to worry.

I thought the term bareback was used more as a guy on guy type reference. I'd say he'd still have to worry. SSOUCH, I sincerly hope you don't have any of the problems I had. For me the stuff your going through only took a few days to be done with. Like I said the other problems lasted about 2 years for me but I know that my case is not the norm. Just don't go do anything stupid like jumping on a stair master or lifting engine blocks for several days after you seem to be A OK

It's been about 52 hours now since I had it done. I'm actually starting to feel a little better. When I stand up It feels like all the blood in my body is rushing to my scrotum and they're going to pop off, but that fades after I'm standing for a little bit. But I'm stlll pretty sore.
