While it seems like your exhaust is illegal, getting pulled over for exhaust in my opinion is ridiculous. Especially since you aren't being obnoxious or disrespectful. You got kids around my town pushing coke deals and shooting up heroin yet my car seems to be cops only concern.... the cop is just doing his job but in the same breath, the guy is a D*CK

Around here we have many riders with Screaming Eagles on their bikes and they never get harassed. These Harleys are loud! However, here the cops mainly stop people for loud music in their vehicles. By the sound of things, OP, this officer might have it out for you but if the car was not offensively loud he wouldn't have anything on you.

Bet we'd see some familiar faces discussed there

(Guessing that the cops have just as much fun discussing idiots they deal with....just sayin)

They do lol...overheard a conversation between a township and a county discussing a few previous encounters over the week/month.

Oh They Do, I Have Some Buddies Who Are Leo, They Do Deal With Allot Of Crap Which Is Why I Am Always Polite And Respectful As Well. Even when They aren't.

Just remember if you bring a complaint, it may go nowhere and the officer might sue claiming you harmed his career future. The judge could award damage$ and you would feel worse than you look today. Count your blessings, get legal.

It can't be harrasment, he pulled you over twice with several months in between and let you go both times... Nowhere near the definition of harassment. Again count yourself lucky and take care of the problem..
