not defending him. just think it's a bit pre-mature, no matter how bad it looks.
Isn't there somewhere it states innocent until proven guilty.

Not sure I could be wrong.

That's what I'm sayin. People already think he's quilts and taking action like he's guilty. I believe innocent until proven guilty, no matter how bad it looks.

Already a lot more evidence made public that condemns Hernandez. With Lewis, the news didn't break this fast and we learned more about what happened after they already lessened his charges. This Hernandez stuff has come fast and furious making it pretty easy to make a decision on whether to drop him or not.

Dropping him, I can understand. That kind of thing can affect a team in the coming season. Things like getting rid of his college brick doesn't make sense at this point, IMO. It doesn't affect that school in any way, at this point. And I don't think there's anything more than circumstantial evidence at this point.

The evidence is mounting each day but I agree they need to wait until he is proven guilty in a court of law.

Yeah. I'm a huge Gator fan and even I think that their rush to disassociate themselves with Hernandez reeks of PR-bullshit

Let's say he didn't pull the trigger. He was at least there and involved, in at least this murder and probably more.

Even if he didn't personally pull the trigger, do you want his name on your school given the type of life he leads?

Maybe he didn't actually kill him, maybe he did. Innocent people don't have this pattern of wrong place wrong time. The police have never shown up and arrested me for murder because I don't put myself in those situations. With the amount of evidence linked to his lifestyle and his involvement with this case and others, there's plenty of reason to pull his brick. The line shouldn't be "murderer or not, " it should be about whether he's the type of person you want associated with your brand.

Kudos to Florida as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, but it seems lately that everyone is calling quite a few people guilty before they go to court. We live in America, if it was me and I wasn't guilty of something and my company was firing me and media was defaming me, I wouldn't like it.

Just to add, the evidence is mounting and it doesn't look good for him.

This isn't good for Hernandez...They found the weapon used in the double killing linked to Hernandez.
