Anyone that will take $600 over MSRP would surely take $400..

Thanks for posting. Even at $600 that is better than $10k over some are asking on the west coast... Or the 5k my dealer thinks he is getting out of me...

Txs Fiasco, I'm seeing the Vegas pow wow play out so far. Their loss ! They may get their price eventually but at what cost. I know the whole supply and demand argument but this smells of just plain GREED, $20k over, come on!

DO you happen to know if it was all CA dealers, west coast dealers, neighboring states or some variation that attended the Vegas meeting?

HUGE shout out to ZmbHord, I called Scott at Russell Chevrolet and just placed order for my ZL1. They have 4 allocations and only one was taken so I got #2. He placed order in Quick System over the phone and will give me my order # tomorrow. Also emailed me a written letter stating they have 4 allocations and that I have the 2nd allocation at MSRP. Awesome. Also, I live in Cali and he can order with Cali emissions which was a question I posed in another thread about purchasing from out of state living in Cali and the special requirements Cali had. So if anyone needs a ZL1 allocation at MSRP call Scott, they will deliver straight to your nearest chevy dealer for a small fee.

These days all GM factory built Camaros meet all 50 states' emissions requirements. There is no emissions difference among Camaros sold in Florida, Michigan, or California, etc.

The YF5 RPO code for California emissions simply provides an engine compartment sticker that states that the vehicle complies with California emission requirements.

That is, if your nearest Chevrolet dealer is willing to perform a courtesy delivery. Not all dealers are willing to do so. It's a good idea to check with your local dealers regarding their willingness to perform a courtesy delivery, and if so, what they charge, before you place your order.

Well if you live within 1500 mile of any dealership, drive with a truck and enclosed trailer and go pick it up yourself. You will still save thousands as compared to $5k over sticker.
