I love threads like this. Maybe I'm a bit of a closet antagonist.

Who cares, just stare at my sig-boobeeez.

I'll be honest, I think this thread went to Hell and back again, for the worse. I have to look at the title to remember what the topic was...

Maybe we can revive it? The Mustang is wearing a bra...Does that help? Thought I'd keep with the boobeeez topic

GM's Mustang contender will always have more power by just a bit. It's the sad fact that when there is no contender for the Mustang, Ford gets all the glory. I'll hand it to Ford. This latest rendition of the Mustang is one of my favorites. I would like to drive one just so I could compare to my current SS. It isn't a bad car. You guys have heard me talk about the fox body stang my old roommate had (did a powerslide in it right behind a police officer on accident many years ago...thank God he didn't see).

Keep the discussion going on the topic if ya'll want. It is interesting. Let's all try to keep the other flames extinguished...if you will. You guys did an excellent job in putting them out.

Since :tweetz: is a popular topic right now, I was about to say something about stripper firemen...but I'll keep my mouth shut.

Instead, is there anybody on the boards that could us what they like and/or dislike about driving the Current Mustang? (no flaming) I think that could provide some valueble insight into what Ford could/probably will improve to keep up with the Camaro.

I actually just test drove a 2007 Mustang GT last week. I went to the Ford dealer to check out the competition with a buddy of mine who is currently looking for a new GTO. I was disappointed with the power (or lack thereof) in the mustang. It didn't have much pull in the low end. It was a comfortable ride and the tranny was very smooth, but it didn't feel very strong. After the test drive I went down the road to the Pontiac and took a 2006 GTO for a spin and left there with a HUGE grin on my face. I really don't think that the Mustang and GTO should be in the same category. Others might disagree but that's my $0.02.
