My contributions! All shot with my Canon Rebel, most on a nifty-50 lens, some on the stock barrel (bleh). The only photoshopping done was auto-correct and re-size.

Just got back yesterday from my first trip to California. My tourist hat I bought while there:

This was the mooring line for the Queen Mary. Damn birds wouldn't leave the line for the shot, but in hindsight they provide some context I guess:

The sun was setting and the light was just neat for this shot:

Shot from a moving car. The fact that I got anything was a miracle, then for the sign to actually be legible was amazing. Had to keep it:

Yes, she swallowed at least 4 bees while I was watching her, and later inside she was a mess...drooling and whining. Her throat was bothering her. We gave her some bones and got her to drink water and she got through it.

She would do it again in a heartbeat so I'm sure the lesson was lost on her.
