I found someone that I like already. She is 25 and a student at UNLV and she thinks it is important to take children to the park and spring preserve to get them out an about.

We have to pay $34 a month, but can cancel when we find someone. that also includes a background check and references.

She is asking for $15-$20 an hour but I think it is worth it to have Ary happy. I don't want to send her back to that dump.

So i'm guessing she is in-home? Need to make sure we hide the lockbox and key really well. lol Also, I'm evening shift for the first 3 weeks ary is here, so that will help on cost.

oh, but a college student...probably will be hard to work around her schedule. probably not available during all weekdays.

Yes she would be an in home. I am not worried because we don't have valuables.

She is out for the summer.

I found other one that is a music teacher in the evenings and is looking for work during the day. She might be good for Ary so she can learn music.
