My brother is from there as well and graduated from UNA. He is now living in Washington, D.C. She is 25 now I believe, I'm no good with ages, to many siblings. She is married as well.

Hi all.

I've been super busy between work and getting my house ready for sale. Still not working out much due to my shoulder still buggin' me but today was a whole body workout of a different kind. I've been trying to figure out what to do with my gym after I move. My house doesn't have room for it so I decided to drastically reduce the size of my parts dept. to make room for it, priorities. lol. Any ways, today I took apart half my gym equipment and carried it out and loaded it on my truck along with a few hundred pounds of weights, pulling out of my driveway I broke a tie rod so I ended up fixing it on the side of the road. my body is quite sore but tomorrow I get to carry it all up two flights of stairs if my legs aren't still jelly. The other half of the equipment will be next along with the rest of the weights, not looking forward to it but when all is said and done I'll be keeping all my equipment and have more room as well.

why do body builders not tan? and also I know you're probably hairless lol. use to know a body builder, turned out to be a jerk. anyway, I need to go to one of these body building competitions

oh and CFD I'm glad you got to keep the weights! sorry you have to go up the stairs though, that's going to suck

My upper body is hairless year round. I don't keep my legs shaved in the off season. I shave them when I start my diet so I can more easily see what level of definition and vascularity I'm at. I do tan during pre contest, but you have to be black to not get flushed out by the stage lights. So regardless of you tanning you would still need a spray tan.
