I did some poking around and found some are not happy w/ the V6 performance.

...and wow Trifecta has to be making a killing over there. Those guys need to come here and get some advice on that.

Okay, it asks:

Please enter the capital letters from the phrase "SpOilED MAltESe"

I type in SOEDMAES

It tells me "The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed."

First off, there was never any image shown, just a string of text. And second off, I did EXACTLY what they asked and it still tells me I screwed up.

Maybe thats a zero instead of a capital oh?

You know what, I don't think the spam verification is the problem. I think there's supposed to be an additional thing to fill out that's just not showing up on my screen...

Hmm...

Edit: Heh...stupid Internet Explorer not loading the "Solve Media" human verification graphic

Are you sure you're real?

It should just be the text, that's all it took for me.

The No Spam! verification wasn't the problem. Internet Explorer wasn't displaying the graphic needed for the human verification part. I had to use Google Chrome to get the site to work. I may have to restart my computer to free up whatever RAM Google Chrome just decided to confiscate...

My dealer is finally getting a Colorado in. It's in transit. I'm going to pick this thing apart when it gets in.

But if you are comparing MSRP...well then your looking at the same truck (same trim) but in a fullsize will MSRP for mid 40s.

We need to see what kind of year end pricing GM will throw on these trucks. I've read about some dealers pulling 5 grand off the Colorado already.

There are one or two lift kits I've read about on the ColoradoFans website, but I haven't been paying much attention.

I think most of the V6 disappointment I've read about is that it is very lazy to respond to initial throttle input. Anyone that knows much about that knows its simply the lazy throttle mapping that GM is using in these trucks. A tune wakes them up....if they had something like our Vitesse throttle controller they'd be impressed.

From what I read about the VTC it's plug and play, I don't see why it can't be used on the Colorado/Canyon?
