Haven't been to the gym in a week
 I'm training for a marathon, and these long distance runs are kicking my butt But I ran 10 miles today, and am gonna try to get back in the swing of going to the gym in addition to running starting tomorrow

I have enough stuff at home not to go to a gymn. Treadmill, Bike, Dumbells, Bench, etc...
Presently in training for a Half Marathon in November... http://www.toledoroadrunners.org/churchillshalf Did the Glass City Half Marathon back in April of this year, did it in 2:04. Trying to get under 2hours this go round.
