I've been working on my clean form the last few weeks. I hit 255 on Saturday.

Thanks. The last time I maxed my front squat I hit 310, so I could probably get 265 or 275 here. I might try it again on Thursday.

didnt get to set a new PR tonight, was short on spotters so I decided to put it off till next week.

If I remember correctly you mentioned what you squat before and it was nothing short of impressive, so maybe you can help me out with a few questions.

First, I hurt my lower back deadlifting a few months back (Form got sloppy ) and ever since then It's been hard to squat and deadlift. I'm not deadlifting anymore, but I'm trying to improve my squat a lot, so any tips on alleviating lower back pain?

Also, are you a believer in keeping your knees behind or as far as your front toes when going down?

Appreciate any tips, maybe I'll get on your level one day
