I knew you were. I'd be surprised if people legitimately got hostile on this thread.

The V6 is still a beast and a good driver could squash an inexperienced driver in an SS with a few mods. I’m glad that Chevy made the Camaro's intro price so affordable so a lot more people could share in this awesome experience of owning an amazing car.

I already have done this. But thats not factoring gas and insurance in the long run.

You're probably right but if I went with a vette I could only settle with a SC'd Z06 or ZR1 and there was no way I was going to finance that as my first car purchase.

Daisy is unique and sexy, if you spent all that money to get an SS you'd be like everyone else and eventually be out more money making it unique.

Insurance costs aren't that big of a difference. At least it wasn't for me when I asked for a quote. I wanted to see how much more I'd be paying for my SS over an LT and surprisingly enough it wasn't much. I'm also a little older than you and probably pay less for my SS than you do for your LT.

Nope. I think I made the right choice. And when me and Skip are settled and he gets passed that insurance age thing SS HERE I COME. Not sharing it with him either. He's got his awesome "400-500"hp truck.

I pay 160 a month for full coverage with the lowest deductables possible. And it would have been alot more, I asked. Because I dont have other cars or a house on there to lower it.
