Same here, I quit over the summer for a little over a month but some family issues made me start back up. I really shouldn't smoke cause of my back, but I'm cutting back slowly.

I've always listened to what my grandpa says...... he's never smoked, and all the friends he had that smoked have been dead for 20 years.... and he's still good, plus I hate smoke

Only cause of my back and parents, they know I smoke but it's really bad for my back so they get SUPER pissed if I smell like smoke or my room does. I started with 2 packs a day cause cigs were cheaper in Turkey cut down to a pack and now I'm around 6 or so a day.

Yeah, I think about them all the time!! I know I need to quit for good, but dang it!! If I could train myself to ONLY have them when I drank I would be good, but that never pans out!
