Basically the Adkins Diet huh? There is alot of stuff out there thats no/low sugar. Hell even Starbucks has the Skinny Latte's..

Problem isn't just sugar it's all carbs , and unfortunately , that's the kinda stuff I

to eat and really sux , I mean can't even have a bun on a hamburger , bread is one of the worst things for elevating my sugar ,
