LOL I had that sneaking suspicion... I still want a ride in the T/A, I want to see what an LS1 is like.

Yeah, got those in lieu of the pair signed by Al O going for $50+ within an hour of the silent auction. Starting price for both the signed and unsigned sets were 5 bucks.

Yeah.. it went straight from 13 bucks (my bid) to 50 bucks in the last bid (A certain Veteran 1 owner..)

Got a goodie bag from Becky at the show today, some Adams plastic trim polish, towels, tote to shove all my detail crap into and toss in the trunk, little plastic trophy thingy to prove that I showed up early and have no life..

So I walk out with 2 ZL1s (one is a twin of Jordys).. and 2 Indy Pace cars (2009 and 2010 iirc)

Need to drop some coin on motor/trans mounts next on the T/A for when I do the install.. jack the motor up and remove the mounts and slip the drivers side header in at the same time.

That car is like a project driver car. I swear you do more maintenance on it then my dad does on his 78 corvette. Although you drive it more...

Yeah, it's 12 years old and sat for 9.. I'm bound to break stuff due to dry rot and sitting. The mounts though are poly for a reason: LS header installs lend to unbolting the motor from the chassis some times.. might as well do it while they're loose.

And thanks on the ZL1 well wishing, Nicole. Really wish I got the Al O signed ones.. I'd have put those in my fire safe. o_o

What sort of fuel system are they using there?

I would like to just keep fuel injected, but....
I really don't know anything about that car.
