so what's more expensive to fix and/or maintain... a manual or automatic transmission?

Ya better faithfully have the tranny serviced every year , fluid anf filter...usually a couple hundred dollars...a rebuilt tranny for your car is prolly three grand at least.....6M ...nothing unless it breaks.

Ok... I get the A6 trans fluid needs regular attention, but "on average" wouldn't the M6 need clutch replaced before an A6 would wear out?
