I love doing my cardio outside when I can, the weather has been horrible here, this is the first nice day in a while, so I'm gonna enjoy it! I love breathing the fresh air and feeling the breeze, it feels so good on my skin when I sweating really hard!

Me too! But we have a lot of BIG dogs out here in the country that will chase you so my mother wont let me go run outside without Skip and he is currently broken (sprained ankle). He should be back to running in about 2 weeks if all goes well.

Being outside on a nice day just seems to make the whole day so much better and relaxing! Plus gotta get that sun light quota! lol.

Yeah it ticks me off! Some of these dogs are 100lbs!! But out here in the country there isn't anything to be done about it, not like living in town.

He needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap he always injures himself "walking".

Question: I just bought a cheap sauna suit top at 5 below for $5. I been weaing it for three workouts so far and damn does it work. I weighed my shirt before at .5 and after it was 1.6. So how come when i get on the scale my weight hasnt changed? But BMI drops significantly. Like from 27% to 21%.
