Once I drove a few miles it was shifting better but it was kind of surprising. I thought my Honda was bad when it got this cold. Also made me realize I probably should replace the battery. I think its still the original.

Mine wasn't an issue till it hit single digits. I've been thinking about swapping in redline when I go to swap fluids.

Is there anyone on this forum that can run vehicle history reports? Want a slightly more accurate report than the Carfax report.
