i have heard that is super painful. i can only imagine. i have only torn my arch, but not as bad as my sister did from playing basketball. makes it difficult to buy work out shoes.

basketball is a tough sport on your body :( but i love playing it. im just lucky to have only torn one acl. my sisters boyfriend tore both of his playing football on the same play and he hopes to take over his dads brick laying company someday

agreed. i lost a bunch of weight out of high school for that very reason. i didn't have to eat their death menu.

i have to feed my dad too for lunch. if i could choose.... idk what i'd want. must not be hungry enough then. i just keep thinking fajitas tonight....
