Two bolts.. TWO BOLTS holding up my bearings. The bolts holding on the ABS sensors no less. Heat = dead sensor. Reef the bolt /= bolt coming off in one piece.

Guh.. I swear to god this is not going to end well.

Getting the rear bearings replaced. In order to do that they have to pull the ABS sensors attached to the axle.

Thing is that they're on there so good that a 2hr soak in PB Blaster hasn't even gotten them off. Option one is to just brute force the bolt and hope it breaks free, or to drill and tap it out.

I've basically told them now that if it isn't free'd by tomorrow just drill and tap. I'm hoping that 5 cent bolt breaks first before the 88 buck ABS sensor goes. Bright side is that my 342s look so factory clean it's not even funny. Wish I took a picture.

If the bolt comes off: 365 bucks

If ABS sensors break: 545 bucks

Add increased shop time too.. probably close to 700 bucks for two bearings.

Add repair kits if the seals are shot in the process.. close to 1000 bucks.

Actually.. looked up the part, it's the ABS Speed sensor. My other option is ABS delete.

Well, I'd also have to:

Delete the Hydraulic assist on the clutch
Delete the FI system
